Buleleng, October 16, 2024 - Located in the BCC Room of the Buleleng Kominfosanti Office, the Head of the Buleleng Regency Tourism Office, Gede Dody Sukma Oktiva Askara, S.Sos., M.Si, attended an important meeting discussing improving the quality of access to application-based services and information in the Buleleng Regency government.
The meeting was opened by the Head of the Communication, Informatics, Standardization and Statistics Office (DisKominfosanti) of Buleleng Ketut Suwarmawan, who introduced the SINGA PINTER application change project (Integrated Service and Information Utilization Access Navigation System). This application is designed to optimize public information systems that are more effective, efficient, and easily accessible to the public.
In his presentation, it was conveyed that SINGA PINTER will work through collaboration with various related agencies, including: Disdukcapil Buleleng with the Aku Online-NG Population Service, DPMPTSP Buleleng with the SiAjaib licensing service, Buleleng Tourism Office through the Visit North Bali platform, Disdikpora Buleleng with the Dapodik education service, Buleleng Social Service through the GCT (Gerakan Cepat Tanggap) service.
This integration system allows the public to get access to public services more quickly, free of charge, and is expected to be applied in various government agencies in Buleleng Regency. The main goal is to create digital-based public services that are more transparent and efficient, in line with the vision of local government in providing the best service for the community.
With the presence of SINGA PINTER, Buleleng Regency hopes to become a pioneer in implementing an integrated digital system to improve the quality of public services in Bali.
