Wednesday (5/6), Head of Tourism Marketing, Agus Widya Saputra, S.E., MAP as a representative of the Buleleng Regency Tourism Office attended the invitation to the Tourism Security Socialization Meeting for Chinese Tourists in Bali organized by the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Denpasar.
Located at Maya Sanur Hotel, the speakers started from the Head of Bali Provincial Tourism Office, Representatives of Bali Police, Buleleng Regency Tourism Office, Head of Immigration Office class I Denpasar, Customs Representative, DPD ASITA Representative, and closed by Mr. Zhang Zhisheng as the Consulate General of the People's Republic of China in Denpasar.
On this occasion, Head of Agus conveyed the commitment of Dispar Buleleng which has and will continue to take strategic steps in providing security, safety and comfort for Chinese tourists traveling to Buleleng.
Mr. Zhu Zhisheng in his closing speech thanked the parties who had worked together to provide a sense of comfort and safety for Chinese tourists. He also hopes that the momentum of the summer holidays in China will increase Chinese tourist visits to Bali as well as he has appealed to his people to comply with applicable regulations while on vacation in Bali.
Finally, he gave input so that tourist destinations can post appeals in Mandarin, help curb illegal travel agents, provide payment tools such as AliPay for Chinese tourists and promote to social media that are often used by Chinese tourists such as TikTok & Weibo.
