North Bali has many tourist destinations that are not less beautiful and exotic than tourist destinations in South Bali. One of them is a Water destination, that is the beach. If in the South there is Kuta Beach, in the North we have Lovina Beach which is very beautiful.

         Lovina Beach is located in Kalibukbuk Village, Buleleng Regency. This beach is approximately 10 km west of Singaraja city center and around 80 km from Denpasar city. It takes around 20 minutes from Singaraja city center and around 2 and a half hours from Denpasar city. You don't need to worry about road access to this beach because it is very easy to find and close to the main road. This beach is the most famous black sand beach in North Bali and is famous for its uniqueness which is can’t be found on any other beach in Bali, namely the presence of dolphins. This is the main attraction for tourists, both domestic and foreign, to come to Lovina Beach. On this beach you can see dolphins, there are a lot of them here. To be able to see the dolphins, you have to go out to sea around 1 km by renting a boat from fishermen and you have to go in the morning because dolphins are usually seen in the morning at sunrise from 06.00 to 7.30. You will see dolphins swimming to the surface and some of them will jump around in the water. It's truly an experience that you will find hard to forget.

         Apart from having the attraction of dolphins, Lovina also has extraordinary underwater beauty, filled with beautiful and well-maintained coral reefs. For those of you who have a hobby of diving, you can do diving and snorkelling activities on this beach. Then, for those of you who want to relax, you can do sunbathing on the sand and enjoy the beautiful sunset from Lovina Beach in the evening. Furthermore, Lovina Beach is often used as a venue for performances and festivals in the Buleleng Regency. One of them is the Lovina Festival which is regularly held every year on this beach showcasing the culture, regional arts, and culinary delights of the Buleleng Regency.
