Sekumpul Village was originally named Sari Kempel, because the land was fertile. Then with fertile land, abundant results were obtained and collected more than needed until many could be stored, and the name of the area was changed to Sari Kumpul. and starting the Dutch colonial period and the formation of government in the village, the name Sari Kumpul was replaced with the name Sekumpul.
The tourist attraction in Sekumpul Village is Sekumpul Waterfall which is located on the border between Sekumpul Village and Lemukih Village, which is a twin waterfall next to each other, with a height of approximately 90 meters so that the fall of water looks very good, as well as relatively stable water discharge and always clear. The natural area around the object is still natural because it is a river or watershed so there is no exploitation. There is also another waterfall not far from the main waterfall, which local tourism actors in Sekumpul Village call Hidden Waterfall, which is hidden with the same height and magic aura, making it suitable
