Denpasar, April 29, 2025 - Located in the Bali Tourism Media Center Room of the Bali Provincial Tourism Office, the Marketing Division of the Buleleng Regency Tourism Office followed the coordination agenda for preparing participation in the Bali & Beyond Travel Fair (BBTF) 2025 organized by the Bali Provincial Tourism Office.
The meeting was attended by the Head of the Bali Provincial Tourism Office, Tjok Bagus Pemayun, together with the Sub Coordinator of the Promotion Substance Unit, I Ketut Yadnya Winarta, and the BBTF 2025 Committee, Mrs. Dewi. The focus of the discussion this time was the technical booking of the BBTF 2025 booth which will be centralized in the Bali Pavilion as the main storefront for tourism promotion of the Island of the Gods.
During the meeting, it was stated that to date, more than 400 buyers from 42 countries have registered to attend BBTF 2025. This number shows the high enthusiasm of international tourism industry players for the potential of Bali and the surrounding region.
The Bali Provincial Tourism Office urges that district / city governments in Bali prioritize inviting tourism industry players who have never promoted abroad. This is intended so that local potential that has not been exposed can be introduced to the global market through the BBTF event.
Regarding the booth arrangement, the booth layout has been distributed to each regency / city, adjusted to the budget allocation. In the arrangement later, it is recommended that each booth carries a simple and elegant concept, and avoids the use of barriers between booths to increase visibility and mobility of visitors during the exhibition.
As additional information, Dispar Bali Province still opens opportunities for regencies / cities that want to join and participate in the booths that have been prepared. This opportunity is a form of support from Bali Province to encourage inclusive and collaborative regional tourism promotion through BBTF 2025.
