Buleleng, November 27, 2025 — The Buleleng Regency Tourism Office, through its representative, Putu Aristya, attended a hearing with the Kuburaya Regency Bappeda, West Kalimantan Province, held in the Buleleng Regency Bappeda Meeting Room. This hearing was held as part of a review of the preparation of the Integrated Area Development (IAD) Documents for Kuburaya Regency as part of an integrated governance-based regional development effort.
The meeting was chaired by the Acting Head of the Buleleng Regency Bappeda and attended by structural officials within the Buleleng Bappeda. Also present were the Head of the North Bali Forest Management Unit (KPH), as well as representatives from the Agriculture Office, the Environmental Office, the Community and Village Empowerment Office, and the Baktiseraga Village Head. The Kuburaya Regency Bappeda delegation consisted of four people, with Mr. Bima, Head of the Economic and Infrastructure Division, serving as the team leader.
This hearing aimed to gather information, input, and experience from the Buleleng Regency Government in the preparation and implementation of the Integrated Area Development Document (IAD), which is currently being implemented in the Denbukit area—an upper rural area encompassing eight villages: Wanagiri, Selat, Ambengan, Panji, Panji Anom, Tegallinggah, Sambangan, and Baktiseraga. This area is known for its social forestry areas, similar to the geographical conditions of Kuburaya Regency, where much of the area remains forested.
All information and suggestions obtained at this meeting will be crucial for the Applied Review process for the preparation of the Integrated Area Development Document for Kuburaya Regency, while also strengthening synergy between regions in sustainable regional development.
