As the largest annual event in North Bali, it comes with the theme “Samsara: The Cycle of the Starting Point,” which reflects the meaning of the cycle of life, rebirth, and continuity between the past, present, and future. This theme was chosen to emphasize the importance of preserving ancestral cultural heritage while fostering collective awareness in safeguarding Buleleng's identity as the cultural hub of North Bali, and to promote the new face of Singaraja City's zero point. The Buleleng Festival 2026 will be held again from August 23-28, 2026.
