Bala Goak Panji Sakti Art Community is a community in Panji Village to maintain the Megoak Goakan Tradition inherited from Ki Barak Panji Sakti. Megoak-goakan itself is a traditional dance art that is packaged into traditional games from Buleleng, precisely Panji Village, Sukasada District. It is said that the origin of megoak-goakan is from the tactics of the King of Buleleng, Ki Barak Panji Sakti when attacking Blambangan. Thanks to these tactics, Buleleng succeeded in controlling Blambangan. Upon returning from Blambangan, the Bala Goak troops imitated the megoak-goakan tactics and were eventually adapted into a folk game that has survived until now.
