Bali Aga Honey is one of the results of innovation which is also a tourism product in Banyuseri Village, one of the tourist villages in the Bali Aga Region. This honey business has been started since 2017 until now by I Putu Sudiarta who is also a tourism actor in this tourist village. Bali Aga Honey is produced from bees known as "Kele-Kele or Klanceng", known as Trigona Honey because this honey is produced by the Itama type of Trigona Bee.
Laboratory test results show that trigona honey contains phytochemicals, organic acids and gluconic acid which are rarely found in other types of honey. This honey is also naturally rich in propolis. According to some people, trigona honey can be an "energy booster" for busy activities. Apart from being sold in several bottles, the business owner has packaged a honey harvest tour package which has been offered to every tourist who visits Bali Aga, especially Banyuseri Village.
