Sorghum as an agricultural commodity that has long received the spotlight, has opened up new opportunities for MSMEs to develop and contribute to the local economy. A number of MSMEs in Indonesia have embraced the potential of sorghum with creativity and innovation. One of them is 'Sorghum Mak Jago' founded by Prilla Aryana. The woman who is familiarly called Prilla developed the potential of sorghum from behind the kitchen of her house located in Panji Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Bali. Prilla not only develops sorghum into wet and dry bread, but also processes sorghum into fried rice, popcorn, and other preparations, which in turn improves the quality of her MSME products.
