There are dodol Injin, Dodol Pandaan, Dodol Durian, Dodol Jackfruit, Dodol Kacang and others, the colors are Red, Black, Green. No wonder, Pengelatan Village is called Bali's Dodol Village. The wrapping skin still maintains the traditional style using dried corn leaves. Dodol Pengelatan is famous throughout Indonesia for its delicious taste and long shelf life. Dodol production centers in Pengelatan Village sometimes not only receive or sell their Dodol around the island of Bali, but there are also many orders from various cities in Java. Besides being delicious and soft, Pengelatan Dodol is famous for not using preservatives and chemical coloring agents.
