Bongancina is a village located in Busungbiu sub-district, Buleleng Regency, the name Bongancina is thought to come from two words namely Bong and Cina which means Bong = Relationship, Cina = China. It is said that the village of Bongancina was once inhabited by 3 (three) eras (generations of population), the first inhabitants had a dagan relationship with the Chinese people who came from the Kintamani area with an exchange system (barter), then with the existence of a relationship that might be very good between the inhabitants of Bongancina and the Chinese people so that there was a marriage between a very beautiful Chinese girl named Kan Cee Kue with I gusti Ngurah Auman who might be a businessman or community leader of Bongancina Village (in Babad Wangsul at Pura Dalem Balingkang Bangli). Thus it is likely that other Chinese people have also been residents in Bongancina, the fact shows that a set of Chinese orange burial tools (bong) was found by the 3rd generation old people who until now their generation still lives inBongancina. The aforementioned Chinese people are said not to continue living in the area that was later called Bongancina for unclear reasons.
Then came the second generation of residents, who came from Galiukir Village, Pupuan District, Pajahan Village, Pupuan District and Marga Telu Village. Because their crops were attacked by numerous ants so that the crops could not be enjoyed, they left Bongancina Village to return to their respective places of origin. As proof that his ancestors had lived there, every pujawali at Pura Puseh / Village Pakraman Bongancina Village there are some people from the villages mentioned above dating to tangkil to the temple.
Around 1919, came the 3rd generation whose descendants still live in Bongancina Village, they came from Pelapuan Village, Samsam, and Batuaji then followed by Badung, Gianyar, Bangli, Karangasem and Jembrana. It is said that in the past, Bongancina Village was still merged with Kutul Village, which is now called Pucaksari Village. The division into Bongancina Village was around 1935.
And in further development, of course, since the beginning of the establishment of Bongancina Village, generally has leaders / figures who become leaders in the community, so we really need to record in the history of Bongancina Village.
